Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship and Administrative Operations Manager to lead our Rental operations including short term and long term and oversee daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster excellent customer relationships. . Duties
- Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to strengthen client loyalty and retention
- Oversee daily administrative operations, tenant dealing ensuring efficiency and accuracy across departments
- Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms
- Maintain clear communication channels with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, customer service, and supervising teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Must have Driver License
- Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions
- Able to work on site and off site
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing administrative tasks
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or related fields is advantageous

Pay: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
