Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Hairstylist to join our team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing hair styling services, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. Duties:
- Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes
- Sanitize and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that meet clients' needs
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a hairstylist is required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to upsell salon products and services to maximize revenue
- Experience in retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations is an asset
We offer a guaranteed hourly rate + competitive commission structure.
