Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves cleaning windows of various types, including commercial and residential properties, to ensure a spotless and streak-free finish. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Clean windows on commercial and residential buildings using hand tools, squeegees, and cleaning solutions.
- Operate power tools safely for tasks such as window washing at heights or on large surfaces.
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all work areas are safe, organized, and free of hazards during and after cleaning procedures.
- Use heavy lifting techniques when handling equipment or large cleaning supplies.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring streak-free and spotless windows.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Follow safety protocols related to working at heights or with power tools, including proper use of safety harnesses or scaffolding when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for streak-free finishes.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies safely and perform physical tasks that require heavy lifting.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
