We’re looking for a talented and motivated Cloud Solutions Architect to join our AWS Solutions Portfolio team. In this pre-sale role, you’ll be the technical expert, identifying customer workloads, designing innovative solutions, and guiding customers through adopting NetApp's AWS Cloud Portfolio. You’ll work closely with AWS Sales and SA teams, using your deep technical knowledge to show how NetApp technology supports customer's Application Modernization and Innovation within the AWS cloud ecosystem. What You'll Do

Identify and qualify customer opportunities by crafting customized solutions using NetApp’s AWS Cloud offerings.

Deliver engaging presentations at customer and partner briefings, AWS and NetApp sales meetings, and industry events.

Design and implement proofs-of-concept to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of solutions.

Ensure smooth transitions of new customer wins to Professional Services and Customer Success teams.

Lead and participate in industry meet-ups and user groups to foster strong community connections.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer opportunity statuses in Salesforce.

Commit to continuous self-learning to stay current with public cloud services, specifically AI/ML emerging technologies.
What You Bring

Solid technical expertise in Cloud concepts and technologies, with a strong emphasis on AWS Cloud.

A genuine enthusiasm for addressing customer business challenges through innovative cloud technology solutions.

Ability to thrive and make decisions in ambiguous situations. Outstanding self-motivation and the capability to drive customer success with minimal oversight.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers on X-as-a-Service solutions.

Practical experience conducting technical POCs in a pre-sales role. Excellent skills in prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Storage and its use in cloud environments for workloads such as AI/ML, Databases, VMware, SAP, HPC, and others.

Familiar with containerization, microservices, and DevOps orchestration tools, preferably Kubernetes.

Experience with data center infrastructure, enterprise applications (CRM, SAS, ERP) workloads, and data migration solutions is an advantage.

5+ years' experience in a Cloud Solutions Architect role

5+ years’ NetApp ONTAP experience

NetApp ONTAP certifications considered an advantage

AWS Cloud certifications viewed favorably

Fluency in French preferred
The target salary range for this position is 180,200 - 233,200 CAD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
