Roofer / Roofing Labourer (Shingle & Metal)
We’re looking to fill positions immediately.
We’re hiring for a residential roofing position and are open to candidates with different levels of experience. If you’ve worked on roofs before, great. If you’ve worked in construction or as a roofing labourer and want to keep learning and improving, that works too.
We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do. If you’re reliable and want steady work, you’ll fit in well here.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with shingle roof installations, repairs, and tear-offs
- Help with metal roofing installs when needed
- Carry materials, prep job sites, and keep things organized
- Work safely at heights and follow site safety rules
- Support the crew and continue building your skills over time
Requirements
- At least 1 year of roofing or hands-on construction experience (including roofing labour)
- Comfortable working at heights and on pitched roofs
- Physically able to lift 75 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Working at Heights Certification (required or willing to get it)
- Must have steel toe boots
- Basic tools are an asset
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Experience with metal roofing
- WHMIS or First Aid
- Basic tools and PPE

- Pay based on experience and skill level ($22 to $45 per hour)
