The Role
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated person to join our team in a hybrid Purchasing & Marketing role.
As a growing company, we have combined purchasing and marketing responsibilities into one exciting and varied role that offers broad exposure across operations, branding, supplier management, and product support.
This position combines operational coordination with creative marketing support. You will help keep production moving by purchasing materials and finished goods while also supporting marketing campaigns, social media, events, and customer communications.
No two days are exactly the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
Purchasing & Operations
- Purchase raw materials, components, finished goods, and production supplies
- Work with suppliers across Canada and internationally
- Track purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Help maintain inventory levels and support production planning
- Coordinate incoming shipments and supplier communications
- Source new products and suppliers
- Help improve efficiencies and keep operations running smoothly
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist with social media content and marketing campaigns
- Help prepare for trade shows, dealer events, and product launches
- Update website and product information
- Coordinate marketing materials, photos, and promotional content
- Support customer and dealer communications
- Help showcase a globally recognized Canadian brand
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump into different projects
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience in purchasing, marketing, administration, or manufacturing is an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and computer systems
- Experience with social media, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content creation is beneficial
- Photography, video, or creative skills are a bonus
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a growing company
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
