Aspire Care Clinic, located in the southeast of Airdrie, is seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetic Injector (RN or LPN) to join our growing aesthetic team.
Our clinic is led by Dr. Charles Wang, a family physician with a focus on aesthetic medicine and skin conditions. We specialize in providing effective, safe, and personalized facial and body rejuvenation treatments. Our mission is to deliver natural-looking results while maintaining the highest standards of care.
What We're Looking For
We are currently seeking an experienced cosmetic injector who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, and PRP.
- Perform consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on client goals.
- Maintain and grow a loyal client base through exceptional service and communication.
- Make follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Educate clients about skincare products and treatments available in the clinic.
- Take high-quality before-and-after photos and share with the marketing team (according to clinic standards).
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN in Alberta.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with cosmetic injections (Botox and Fillers) is required.
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience with product and treatment sales is a strong asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and medical aesthetics.
Compensation
- Pay structure is flexible and negotiable (hourly rate, commission-based, or hybrid model).
