Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks including carpentry repairs or modifications
- Perform restoration work that may include surface repairs or refinishing projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting
- Skilled in surface preparation, cutting, rolling, spraying, and finishing
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
