Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will define and lead the technology vision of a fast-growing Quebec-based manufacturing group supported by an extensive North American distribution network. You will play a key role in accelerating digital transformation, integrating artificial intelligence, and evolving the organization's entire technology ecosystem to support performance, innovation, and strategic business objectives.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Define and evolve the group's technology strategy, governance framework, and roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
- Accelerate digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing operations, supply chain, and corporate functions.
- Lead large-scale programs related to Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
- Ensure the evolution, integration, and performance of the group's business platforms and systems.
- Leverage cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management as strategic drivers of growth and resilience.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the IT organization and a network of strategic partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on emerging technologies and innovation.
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- More than 15 years of progressive experience in information technology, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
- Significant experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments undergoing transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation.
- Recognized expertise in cybersecurity, data governance, and technology risk management.
- A proven ability to lead large-scale organizational transformations and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or equivalent solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written, to meet the requirements of the role and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is considered a strong asset.
