We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the efficient movement of goods, materials, and shipments within our automotive & general freight operations. This role requires supervising experience, proficiency in freight and 3PL coordination, and a focus on process improvement to optimize warehouse distribution and procurement activities. The Dispatcher will play a critical role in ensuring timely order fulfillment, materials management, and demand planning to support overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities

- Maintenance & Compartment Coordination
- Participate in scheduled after-hours/on-call coverage as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dispatch in the transportation industry
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, AS400, and supply chain software such as demand planning tools.
- Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, freight logistics, procurement, materials management, and warehouse distribution.
- Familiarity with 3PL coordination, purchasing procedures, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and external partners.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy standards.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
