Position Type: Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends)
Reports To: Controller / Dealership Management Team
We believe that business is relational, not transactional. Our guests aren't just numbers—they are our neighbors, and their experience starts the moment they walk through our doors or call our team. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and welcoming Part-Time Receptionist to be the face and voice of our dealership during our peak evening and weekend hours.
If you thrive on genuine customer enthusiasm, love connecting with people from all walks of life, and pride yourself on keeping things organized in a bustling environment, we want to hear from you.
As our Part-Time Receptionist, you are the architect of our first impression. You will welcome guests, manage a multi-line phone system, and seamlessly connect customers with the right departments. Beyond managing front-desk traffic, you will provide vital clerical support to our sales, service, and administration teams, ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.
Customer Relations: Greet every guest with genuine courtesy and warmth; discover their needs and guide them to the appropriate team member.
Telephone Operations: Manage incoming calls efficiently, practicing excellent phone etiquette, routing calls accurately, and taking clear, legible messages when necessary.
Traffic Management: Keep track of visitor flow, document customer referrals, and utilize our paging/message systems to locate team members quickly.
Administrative & Clerical Support: Provide high-quality backup support to our administrative and clerical teams (including filing paperwork, word processing, and assisting other departments as needed).
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a central hub of communication, maintaining strong, supportive relationships across Sales, Service, and Parts.
The Ultimate First Impression: A professional image, an approachable demeanor, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional telephone voice.
Organized & Adaptable: The ability to stay focused, calm, and organized despite constant interruptions and a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Initiative: Strong judgment and the versatility to handle unique customer inquiries or administrative tasks with ease.
Team Orientation: A desire to collaborate across all departments and support the wider dealership team.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic office technology, word processing, and telephone system operations.
Schedule: Predictable, structured evening and weekend hours—perfect for students, professionals looking for secondary income, or anyone seeking a steady part-time routine.
Environment: High-energy with plenty of direct human interaction. No two days are exactly the same, but the focus on making guests feel welcome remains absolute.
If you are ready to be a key part of a team that values consistency, community, and exceptional service, we would love to meet you. Please submit your resume and a brief note about why you're the perfect fit for our front desk.
