Helping Hand Masonry is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to help generate leads and book estimates for our growing masonry business in Ottawa.
This is a great opportunity for students, sales-oriented individuals, or anyone comfortable speaking with homeowners and working independently outdoors.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be going door-to-door in residential neighbourhoods, identifying homeowners who may need masonry repairs and connecting them with our team. This is a COMMISSION-based job, and you would receive pay based on jobs booked.
Your main goal is to:
- Start conversations with homeowners
- Identify visible masonry issues
- Book free estimates for our team
You will be looking for:
- Cracked or damaged parging
- Loose or missing bricks
- Spalling/flaking brick
- Chimney wear and deterioration
- General masonry damage
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking to people
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Positive attitude
- Sales/customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
Compensation
- Commission-based with strong earning potential
- Bonuses available for booked estimates and closed jobs
