Job Summary
OSCO Group Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical JD Edwards (JDE) Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance ERP processes across our business units. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of operations within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The successful candidate will work closely with Payroll, Finance, Operations and IT teams to support system functionality, improve processes, and ensure data integrity across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in JDE with a solid understanding of business processes in a construction and manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience supporting JD Edwards ERP systems
- Financial Management (GL integration)
- Proficiency with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
Understanding of data flows, integrations, and system interfaces

Business Requirements
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is an asset
- Experience supporting Canadian payroll (taxes, deductions, compliance) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
- Ability to write advanced queries and perform in-depth data analysis
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
