Immense Galerie is a luxury streetwear boutique at Royalmount Mall carrying exclusive brands including Chrome Hearts, Goyard, Louis Vuitton, Nike Jordan, and New Balance. We are looking for a sharp, presentable, and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, while ensuring the safety of our store, team, and inventory.
What You'll Do
- —Greet every customer warmly and professionally as they enter the store
- —Monitor the sales floor and fitting rooms for loss prevention
- —Control entry flow during busy periods, drops, and exclusive events
- —Deter theft through visible presence and attentive floor coverage
- —De-escalate situations calmly and discreetly without disrupting the customer experience
- —Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a safe and premium environment
What We're Looking For
- —Bilingual: French and English (optional)
- —Professional, well-groomed appearance that reflects our brand standards
- —Calm, composed, and confident under pressure
- —Familiarity with luxury retail or streetwear culture is a major asset
- —Prior loss prevention or retail security experience preferred
- —Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
