We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Client Services & Sale Support Coordinator to support a high-performing commercial real estate team at CBRE.

What you’ll do
- Serve and act as the primary administrative and client service support contact for the sales team other internal departments.
- Coordinate communication with clients, lawyers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, conference logistics and meeting notes.
- Track key deadlines and coordinate the delivery of required documents following completed transactions in partnership with the Transaction Manager.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and act as primary point of contact for emailed information requests
- Respond to client inquiries and escalated requests while maintaining confidentiality
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality marketing materials, proposals, presentations, brochures, property packages, tour packages, and availability packages using CBRE branding standards.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to create professional client facing materials.
- Coordinate marketing schedules, marketing budgets, website updates, and other marketing initiatives with internal marketing teams.
- Assist with coordinating property tours, broker open houses, and other industry functions.
- Maintain CRM systems, databases, and document repositories, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support business operations and client needs.
- Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers commission payments.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and service excellence.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
