Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading, concrete forming, restoration, siding, carpentry, and the operation of heavy equipment and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects that require precision, safety awareness, and physical endurance. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related restoration work with precision.
- Install siding, perform carpentry tasks, and utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique.
- Assist in the installation of wood framing and other structural components using woodworking skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of blueprint reading, carpentry, concrete finishing, siding installation, and restoration work.
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings essential for accurate project execution.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites is required.
- Construction experience across multiple trades such as woodworking, concrete forming, or siding installation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
