Pay: $20.00–$22.00 hourly (depending on experience)

As a Rental Coordinator, you’ll be a key team member, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and our clients coming back for more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the face of our branch by engaging with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with a professional attitude.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns with precision and care by preparing paperwork and contracts for deliveries, updating internal product spreadsheets and any other product tracking systems.
- Assist with loading and unloading customer pick-ups while keeping our product shelves stocked and ready.
- Collaborate seamlessly with your colleagues to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Wrap up each day by checking invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy, and balancing funds.
- Act as a trusted team member by opening and closing the branch when needed.
- Keep a keen eye on our rental equipment and saleable goods, ensuring we always have what our customers need when they need it.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices, making sure everyone stays safe.

What We're Looking For
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel.) Experience with Systematics would be an asset.
- Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction equipment and building products.
- Customer Service Oriented: Excellent communication skills and a knack for making customers feel valued.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A Self-Starter: With a keen sense of time-management and effective planning skills.
- A technical understanding of CAT equipment would be considered an asset.
