We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, quick-thinking, and passionate about their craft. At least 2 years of prior barista experience with an espresso machine is MANDATORY for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and handle orders efficiently
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Restock supplies
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements
- At least 2 years of barista experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines and café equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)
Preferred Skills
- Latte art familiarity
- Creativity for new drink ideas
- Experience in a high-volume café
- Food handler certification
