Overview
We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and hands-on experience with various tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of recreational vehicles, ensuring they are safe, functional, and ready for customer use. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about maintaining high standards of quality in RV repairs and maintenance.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in RVs, including plumbing, electrical systems, heating and cooling, appliances, ETC.
- Perform routine maintenance
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble RV components
- Test repaired systems to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working on vehicles or similar equipment
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in RV repair or related automotive fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
