Horse and Carriage On-site Manager and Driving Positions

Driving a carriage is your typical job however grounds managing will be needed occasionally.
Wage based on performance and experience, commission and bonuses.
Looking for mature individuals with a flexible schedule and means of transportation. Working in the old town area of Niagara on the Lake. Must excel at customer service as you will be working directly with the public.
What a Carriage Driver does:
Safely drive and takes care of their horse during their shift
Give a guided tour around Niagara on the Lake and the Botanical Gardens
Answers questions about the town and the horses
Takes care of the horse after the shift back at the barn and is able to trailer the horse back and forth
Able to follow all our safety measures and responsibilities
What a Ground Manager does:
Answers questions from guests about the tours, the horses and the town
Responsible for scheduling and organizing tours
Taking payment for tours via Square or cash
Be able to troubleshoot Square and know how to use alternative forms of payment
Record what time the people paid, what time they are going on tour and what driver they are going with
Take care of horse between tours providing them with water and holding them on the Drivers breaks
