Job Title: Salesforce Test Lead
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extensions)
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
Job Description:
- A Salesforce Test Lead is responsible for making sure that Salesforce applications work correctly before they go live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing team for Salesforce projects
- Plan and manage testing activities (test plan, test cases, timelines)
- Understand business requirements and make sure testing covers all scenarios
- Coordinate with developers, business teams, and stakeholders
- Review test cases and ensure quality of testing
- Track defects (bugs) and ensure they are fixed on time
- Provide regular status updates to management
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release activities
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Experience in manual and/or automation testing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
