Job Description:
Plus Communications Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wireless Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients choose the wireless products and services that best meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to assess their wireless needs.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest wireless technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; experience with Virgin Plus or Bell is a strong asset.
- Fluency in English and Polish or Ukranian/ Pashto .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of wireless products and services is an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
