Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Promote sales by offering additional products or services to customers.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Knowledge of technology sales is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
