We are seeking a Manager - Marketing to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, support student recruitment, and strengthen partnerships across communities and industry.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support enrolment targets and institutional growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, overseeing campaigns, digital channels, content development, and marketing operations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with enrolment and branding goals
- Define KPIs, performance metrics, and annual marketing objectives in collaboration with leadership
- Oversee planning and allocation of the marketing budget across channels and initiatives
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and print
- Track campaign effectiveness and optimize for lead generation and conversions
- Improve the student journey from initial inquiry through to enrolment
3. Digital Marketing & Content Oversight
- Manage the college’s online presence including website and social media platforms
- Oversee creation of marketing content such as videos, blogs, graphics, and landing pages
- Drive SEO strategy and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta platforms, etc.)
4. Team & Vendor Management
- Supervise internal marketing staff, contractors, and external agencies
- Coordinate marketing workflows, timelines, and campaign execution schedules
- Conduct regular planning meetings and ensure accountability across projects
5. Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, employers, and industry partners
- Represent the college at events such as career fairs, open houses, and outreach activities
- Collaborate with Admissions and Academic teams to ensure aligned messaging
6. Events & Promotions
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events including webinars, info sessions, and open houses
- Evaluate event performance and implement improvements for future initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or service-based industries
- Strong experience in digital marketing including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Proven experience managing campaigns, budgets, and marketing performance metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per hour
