Handyman/Carpenter Wanted – Edmonton Area
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced handyman/carpenter to perform maintenance and repair work for residential rental and condominium properties in Edmonton and the surrounding area.
Duties may include:
- General handyman repairs
- Basic carpentry and wood repairs
- Minor drywall repairs and painting touch-ups
- Door, lock, trim, and hardware repairs
- Small renovation and maintenance projects
- Unit repairs between tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Occasional outdoor and property maintenance
- Assisting with general building upkeep
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or carpentry experience is required
- Must be reliable, honest, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Own tools and a reliable vehicle are preferred
- Must be available to work in Edmonton and surrounding areas
