Nexa Group Ltd. is looking for a Painter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential/commercial, custom homes, and new construction projects. If you take pride in delivering a high-quality finish, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prep surfaces: fill holes, sand, caulk, and clean as needed
- Apply paint/stain/finishes on walls, trim, doors, cabinetry, and exteriors
- Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment with precision
- Perform touch-ups and repairs to maintain top-quality standards
- Read production plans and follow project scopes
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work efficiently
- Interact professionally with homeowners and site supervisors
Requirements:
- No experience required but willingness to learn. 6 months -1 year preferred.
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Working at Heights, WHMIS (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation:
- Piece rate pay – based on performance and project scope
- Opportunities for advancement into Crew Lead roles
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Painting
- Ability to work on varied surfaces (wood, metal, drywall, exteriors)
