The Operations Supervisor will provide day-to-day leadership to Public Works, Parks, and Utilities operations by supporting Lead Hands and field crews, coordinating resources, and ensuring critical municipal services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard for the community. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with departmental managers, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the City's infrastructure, supporting frontline staff, and driving operational excellence across multiple service areas.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12 graduation or GED (General Equivalency Diploma).
- Diploma or degree from a recognized institution in Civil Engineering, Local Government Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in municipal operations, including experience in parks, public works, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience in the management/supervision of municipal operations in a unionized environment. Experience administering capital and operating budgets.

COMPENSATION: $96,397.34 - $107,108.16
LOCATION: On-Site
WORK DAYS: Monday - Friday
HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM
