We are looking for a sharp, highly resourceful HR Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with confidence and precision. This is not a routine HR role — you will be the central point of coordination for all employee-related processes across a group of businesses, including transportation, production and construction.
You are someone who processes information quickly, adapts on the fly, and knows how to get things done. You bring both strategic awareness and hands-on execution, ensuring smooth HR operations across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and reference checks
- Source top talent through multiple channels (professional platforms, social media, job fairs, and networks)
- Prepare and process employment documentation, reports, and maintain accurate HR data systems
- Coordinate onboarding, training schedules, and track certifications
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance management, and exits
- Support immigration, licensing, and settlement processes for international employees
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
- Partner with managers on employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning
- Act as the central HR coordinator across multiple businesses, ensuring consistency and efficiency

- Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies
- Experience supporting immigration and international workforce processes is a strong asset
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Cross-cultural competence and adaptability in diverse environments
- Strong understanding of market trends and international hiring practices
