Overview
Kyan Culture Inc. is hiring a dependable and hardworking team member for our indoor microgreens production facility in Vankleek Hill.
This is a hands-on, physical position in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently while also being part of a small team.
Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 a.m. until finished (typically 2:30–4:00 p.m.)
- Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:00 a.m. until finished (typically 3:30–5:00 p.m., occasionally later)
- Sunday: 5-hour shift
Pay
- $18-$20/hour depending on experience and work ethic.
Job Duties
- Seeding and harvesting microgreens
- Assisting with inventory and order preparation
- General production and farm tasks
- Packaging customer orders
- Preparing trays and soil
- Cleaning and sanitizing trays, tools, and work areas
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Able to lift trays, soil bags, and boxes
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in farming, warehouses, food production, landscaping, or other physical work is considered an asset, but training will be provided.
Year-round position.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
