To support our continued growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences, we are seeking a highly motivated Journeyman Automotive Mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and Repair Vehicles:
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles and identify any potential issues.
- Utilize your expertise to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues.
- Perform a wide range of repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical systems.
Routine Maintenance:
- Conduct regular vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition by adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
- Repair or replace faulty components, parts, and systems as needed.
- Perform brake, transmission, and engine repairs
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on completed repairs to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep detailed records of repairs, services, and maintenance activities.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including service advisors and fellow mechanics.
- Share knowledge and expertise to contribute to the collective skill set of the team.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certification.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience
- Experience with alignments an asset.
