We are a family-owned Italian restaurant and pasta bar looking for a motivated, hardworking, and passionate Chef/Cook to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone with strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous kitchen experience is required, but we are happy to provide comprehensive training on our recipes, techniques, fresh pasta production, and pizza program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their culinary skills and grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with fresh pasta production, pizza preparation, and daily food prep.
- Prepare ingredients including chopping, portioning, sauces, doughs, and fillings.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient throughout service.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Help maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the growth and success of the restaurant through a positive, team-first attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is an asset.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to learn new skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Food Safe certification is an asset.
