Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
- Provide a variety of spa treatments such as body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and eyelash extensions to meet client needs.
- Apply hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and hair threading, ensuring high-quality results.
- Educate clients on nail care, skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to promote healthy habits.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards.
- Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, hair extensions, and body treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in nail technology or esthetics.
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail designs and aesthetic enhancements.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Skills in additional spa treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, and hair styling are highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently using retail math principles.
- Experience with hair extensions, hair threading, barbering techniques, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
