Sungiven Foods Canada is a specialty neighborhood grocery store with carefully selected private brand products. We pride ourselves as a provider of healthy daily meals. Our products are natural, less processed, and contain fewer additives for families who love cooking. We are currently looking for store Partners for our new store!

Our Partners create a warm and friendly shopping experience in our stores. We answer questions, offer suggestions and ensure our customers know they are welcomed and cared for. We entertain customers and make grocery shopping an exciting adventure.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the policies and regulations of Sungiven Foods
- Work effectively to assist supervisors and follow their instructions
- Focus on maintaining kitchen hygiene and related regulations
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with other store partners
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Complete tasks according to the standards and procedures
- Consistently demonstrate outstanding customer service, ensuring their needs and reasonable requests are met
- Report customers suggestions and feedback in a timely manner, and understand their preferences
- Take necessary actions to resolve customer complaints
- Ensure the cleanliness of food and that it is prepared hygienically as required
- Be responsible for receiving items from the suppliers, verifying quantities, and storing them in the appropriate kitchen areas
- Wash food items, label, date and place them in the refrigerator
- Assist kitchen supervisors and chefs, and as substitute for the chef when they are absent
- Maintain appropriate amount of chemical supplies
- Be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, clean all kitchen utensils and equipment, and place them neatly
- Handle all kitchen waste and garbage
- Clean sinks and dishwashers at the start and end of each shift
- Collaborate effectively as part of the team and actively participate in training sessions
- Proactively identify and report potential hazards to supervisors

- Ability to work 20 or more hours is considered an asset
- Ability to lift 50 bl stuff
