APS is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated summer student to join our team as an Administrative Operations Technician. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting both Client Operations and the HR&OD Education team.
What You’ll Do
Document Processing & Quality Assurance (Client Operations – 3 days/week):
- Review and process business documents to ensure accuracy and quality
- Classify and index documents using established systems and guidelines
- Update member information in internal systems and databases
- Ensure documents meet quality standards before release
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Education & Knowledge Support (HR&OD – 2 days/week):
- Maintain and update content in The Knowledge Portal
- Identify and resolve document inconsistencies
- Update Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), including verifying links
- Support education-related projects and deliverables
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret information and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
