Position Overview
Pure Cleaning Victoria is currently growing our team of independent cleaning contractors. We are seeking experienced, reliable residential cleaners who take pride in their work and want the flexibility to manage their own schedule while receiving consistent job opportunities.
This role is well-suited for individuals who prefer hands-on work, enjoy working independently, and want to focus on cleaning without the added responsibility of sourcing clients or handling administrative tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing residential cleaning services in client homes
- Handling a mix of recurring maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services
- Following provided checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Managing your own schedule and availability through our system
- Communicating professionally with clients when needed
- Bringing and maintaining your own cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential, hospitality, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Access to your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Basic comfort using mobile apps for scheduling
- Willingness to complete a background check
Work Details
- Location: Client homes throughout Victoria and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Fully flexible (Monday to Friday preferred)
- Weekend work available but not required
- Work is performed on-site at residential properties
