Position Summary
As the first point of contact within our showroom, the Host plays an integral role in shaping each client’s experience. With warmth, professionalism, and quiet confidence, you will welcome guests, offer assistance, and ensure a seamless introduction to our world of fine jewellery and Swiss watches. This role blends hospitality and brand ambassadorship, creating an atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and timeless luxury.

Key Responsibilities
Client Reception
- Warmly welcome every guest entering the showroom.
- Anticipate client needs with attentiveness and genuine hospitality.
- Support the flow of appointments to ensure an unhurried and refined client experience.
Client Experience Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales Associates to ensure smooth introductions and transitions.
- Maintain an atmosphere of calm, privacy, and discretion throughout the showroom.
- Manage wait times thoughtfully, ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for.
Brand Representation
- Embody the elegance, values, and spirit of Touch of Gold through poise, presentation, and communication.
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage and current collections.
Operational Support
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom and lounge areas.
- Support store operations, including product presentation and packaging when required.
- Support event hosting and store activations.
Ideal Candidate
- Presents themselves with poise and communicates with clarity and warmth.
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge environments.
- Composed, with a keen sense for anticipating client needs.
- Team-oriented and dependable.
- A genuine appreciation for fine jewellery, craftsmanship, and the art of service.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.
