What are the duties to perform:

Previous experience as a bread baker or in a commercial bakery is preferred.
- Knowledge of artisan bread techniques, fermentation, and baking equipment.
- Sound knowledge of operating mixers, proofers, ovens, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask effectively
