Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures to uphold food safety standard.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations while adhering to sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest service excellence is advantageous
