Duties
Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections, customer interactions required
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
Utilize accounting software (such as QBO and Sage) to record and track financial data
Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software (such as QBO, Sage, etc.)
Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
