Mostad Printing & Media Inc., a well-established company specializing in the production and distribution of regional and national flyers is currently looking for an experienced Press Operator for support in August. This could lead to permanent PT or FT work for the right individual.
Key responsibilities:
- Setup and operate a multi-unit offset web printing press (heat set)
- Ensure each job is run according to customer specifications
- Meet internal and external deadlines
- Maintain quality control
- Reduce waste or press downtime whenever possible.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Experience running web offset presses (Preference will be given to press operators with experience on Goss Community SSC tower press)
- Solid knowledge of 4 color process & registration
- Ability to technically troubleshoot the press
- Excellent communication skills
- Dedicated to high quality standards, teamwork & attendance.
- Able to work quickly in a fast paced environment and be extremely detail oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
