Night Shift Position
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to perform all activities required to maintain the running/production of injection moulding machines & assembly automation. This includes the monitoring of the machine & raw materials to ensure proper operation, packaging of finished product, all in-process inspections & QC documentation, reporting production using desktop computer.
Duties Include:
- Ensure injection moulding machines are functioning correctly as well as all auxilliary/supporting equipment.
- Minor trouble shooting of Injection moulding Machines - eg. remove stuck parts & re-start cycles. Periodic cleaning of moulding faces & conveyor belts.
- Perform all documented Quality Inspections at proper time intervals to ensure products are free from visual or other defects - ensure associated paperwork is filled out correctly.
- Packaging of bulk parts, assembling/closing, & labeling finished product boxes.
- Managing all required raw materials - resins & colorant if required.
- Tracking production amounts per shift & reporting.
- Moving pallets of product to shipping areas with pallet jacks or possibly fork lifts.
- Be capable of lifting 25KG's
Along with a strong motivation for success, this position requires:

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
