Job Overview
We welcome applications from Registered Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists and other regulated health professionals with experience in rehabilitation, mental health and case coordination.
Duties
- Conduct initial intake assessments for new clients, evaluate their clinical needs and presenting concerns, and recommend appropriate services and therapists based on treatment goals and program availability.
- Provide individual psychotherapy (virtual and in-person).
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and/or clinical assessments appropriate to your professional designation.
- Coordinate client care throughout the rehabilitation process, including case coordination, treatment planning, follow-up, and communication with the rehabilitation team.
- Provide psychosocial support, resource navigation, advocacy, and referrals to appropriate community services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
- Support clients in navigating the insurance and rehabilitation systems, including the Ontario auto insurance (HCAI) process.
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with your applicable Ontario regulatory college (e.g., Registered Social Worker, Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Nurse, or another regulated health professional with relevant experience).
- Authorized to provide psychotherapy, where applicable to your profession and scope of practice.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience in mental health, rehabilitation, or a related healthcare setting.
- Experience working with clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVAs) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with third-party insurers and familiarity with HCAI is considered a strong asset.
- Arabic speaking is considered an asset.

This is a part-time employee position (20 -25 hours per week) within a collaborative multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic. We are seeking a compassionate, organized clinician who enjoys balancing direct client care with intake, care coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Applicants with direct experience in MVA rehabilitation and psychotherapy will be given preference.
Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour
