We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to elevate our music school’s online presence. Key Responsibilities
- Website Refinement & Optimization: Maintain, update, and refine our school website (text edits, layout adjustments, and ensuring a smooth user experience; no coding required, but a strong sense of aesthetic is essential).
- Google Maps & Local SEO Management: Manage and fully optimize our Google Business Profile (Google Maps) to increase local search visibility, update business info, and proactively drive positive student/parent reviews.
- Multi-Platform Social Media Management: Take ownership of our social media channels (including Instagram, Facebook, and relevant local immigrant community platforms like Xiaohongshu/Little Red Book if applicable). Design and execute a consistent content calendar.
- High-Quality Content Creation: Independently capture, edit, and produce engaging photos, Instagram Reels, and short videos showcasing our students, instructors, and school culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile with an understanding of platform algorithms.
- Web Savvy: Experience with basic web refinement and content management on platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficient with content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite for quick, high-quality visual and video editing.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: A strategic focus on generating genuine user inquiries and high-quality leads, rather than just superficial engagement.
