WD Swim is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Swim/Aquatic Instructors to join our team in Richmond Hill. If you’re passionate about swimming, fitness, and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for all ages, we’d love to meet you!
About the Role
As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you’ll deliver engaging and effective aquatic lessons for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and care will help every participant feel confident and excited in the water.
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for swimming and helping others succeed
- Experience teaching small swim groups (up to 4 students) is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C , National Lifeguard, & Swimming Instructor certification (required)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn — full training provided
- Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety
- Availability for evening (Mon–Fri) and/or weekend (Sat–Sun) shifts
Flexible Scheduling Options
- Part-time: Up to 20 hours/week
- Choose shifts that fit your schedule
