The Opportunity:
Clearview Co-op is hiring a Full Time Sales Associate at our Head Office in Steinbach, Manitoba.
What You Would Do:
Coordinate daily sales and purchasing activities to meet the needs of both internal and
external customers, while supporting administrative functions.

- Create a welcoming environment by greeting members and customers that enter the store, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees.
- Review and accurately enter data information into appropriate databases.
- Create, implement, and maintain internal control processes relating to company policies, office processes, organization of files and records, copying, typing, and reporting. Promote and maintain customer and team confidentiality.
- Assist customers with their merchandise, make recommendations, and responsible for processing accurate payments through point-of-sale machine.
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances. Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products.
- Maintain Asset Protection requirements to avoid theft, shrink, or fraud in the retail space. Monitor and maintain inventories and order as required .
- Collaborate with location manager to coordinate the procurement and distribution of products that align with the annual objectives for sales growth.
- Assist with cash out procedures at end of day.
- Work closely with the Sales & Inventory Manager, and the front-end staff to offer exceptional customer service.

- You have, or are willing to obtain, TDG and WHMIS certifications.
- You are knowledgeable on policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety.
- Proficient in using a computer, operating systems, and outlook.
- Previous retail, administrative and customer service experience is an asset.
