- En tant qu’associé(e) aux ventes et à l’expérience client, tu seras au cœur de notre studio.
- Ton rôle consistera à créer une atmosphère accueillante, fluide et mémorable pour chaque visiteur.
Tes tâches incluront notamment :
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien du studio et veiller à ce que tout soit prêt pour les cours.
- Accueillir chaque membre et visiteur avec enthousiasme et professionnalisme.
- Gérer les demandes d’informations, les suivis par téléphone et courriel, ainsi que la rétention des membres existants.
- Participer activement aux réunions mensuelles et aux initiatives d’équipe.
- Préparer et entretenir la salle de spinning et pilates avant, et après les cours.
- Veiller à la propreté et à l’organisation de la réception et des espaces communs.
- Garder une atmosphère dynamique
Ton profil
- Tu rayonnes d’énergie et de positivité - ton sourire est contagieux!
- Tu es à l’aise autant en français qu’en anglais (les cours et la clientèle sont bilingues).
- Tu aimes le contact humain et tu sais créer une expérience client mémorable.
- Tu es organisé(e), fiable et capable de jongler avec plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Tu as de l’expérience en vente ou en service à la clientèle (1 an ou plus, un atout).
- Tu cherches un emploi où tu peux bouger, connecter et avoir un impact réel.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the studio and that everything is ready before classes begin.
- Greeting members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Managing inquiries, follow-ups by phone and email, and supporting member retention efforts.
- Actively participating in monthly team meetings and studio initiatives.
- Preparing and maintaining the Spin and Pilates rooms before and after classes.
- Keeping the reception and common areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Helping to maintain a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere that reflects the RushCycle spirit.
About You:
- You radiate energy and positivity - your smile is contagious!
- You’re comfortable communicating in both English and French (our classes and clientele are bilingual).
- You love connecting with people and creating a memorable customer experience.
- You’re organized, reliable, and adaptable, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- You have 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
