Tasks
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Manage kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality and service standards are maintained.
