Job description
Revelstoke Garden Center is looking to hire a seasonal full-time landscaper position . The position is 35 to 40 hours a week and runs from the end of March to November 2026.
We are looking for a team lead for our 2026 projects. We are looking for a landscapers who have past experience and that can work to the end of the 2026 season.
A 2026/27 RMR season ski pass will be gifted as a bonus for completing the 2026 landscaping season.
- Working in a skid steer to prep and move materials
- Working with excavator operator for building retaining walls and pathways
- Running E20 Bobcat mini-Excavator
- Transplanting plants from a Landscape design
- experience in planting basket burlap trees
- leveling and placing topsoil for garden beds and lawn areas
- installing drip-line to planted areas
- Help with site prep and cleaning at landscape job-sites
- transplanting potted tree's, cedar hedges, conifers and shrubs
- Work at the Garden Center to unload truck deliveries
- Helping customers at the Garden Center
- Learning to transplant and pot-up nursery plants at the Garden Center
- Building projects for retail displays at the Garden Center
- Watering nursery plants at the Garden Center and Greenhouses
Work Remotely
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in landscape industry
- Knowledge of horticulture practices is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools is preferred
- Experience with a skid steer
- experience with mini excavator
- Experience with irrigation and drip-line
- Transportation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Enjoy working outdoors
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: $25.00-$27.50 per hour

Experience:
