Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment, utilizing mechanical skills and various hand and power tools to contribute to the production process. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components accurately according to specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery as needed (training provided)
- Inspect assembled products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times during assembly processes
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Warehouse experience preferred, including familiarity with forklift operation (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety practices
- Experience with manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and basic troubleshooting is a plus
Pay: $19.88-$28.88 per hour
