Melrose and Second Son are gearing up for an exciting and busy stampede — and we’re looking for passionate, experienced servers to join our team!
Located near the Saddledome, Stampede Grounds, and BMO Centre, both concepts see high-volume traffic during Calgary’s biggest events — from conventions to concerts to Calgary Flames hockey games. We're looking for servers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
About the Concepts:
Melrose
A lively, neighborhood casual dining restaurant and bar, known for approachable comfort food, a dynamic drink menu, and a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for pre-event gatherings, stampede days, and relaxed meals with friends.
Second Son
An elevated concept focused on Hong Kong-inspired fusion cuisine. This is a fast-paced, food-forward environment where bold flavors, culinary creativity, and a refined cocktail program are at the forefront.
We’re Looking For Servers Who Are:
- Experienced with a minimum of 1 year serving experience and 2 years in the hospitality industry
- Guest-focused with strong attention to detail
- Team players who thrive under pressure
- Passionate about great food, craft cocktails, and local beer
- Clean, organized, and committed to maintaining a professional workspace
- Driven to go above and beyond for every guest
- Excited to be part of a high-energy team during one of the busiest times of year
